Client Testimonials

Thank you… Your guides were among the best I ever witnessed.  I told Colin the same and that the Selway is the best river trip in the West.  What a canyon and forest.
  J. Moodey (2019)
“I couldn’t let summer end without thanking each of you for such an amazing time on the Middle Fork! …. (T)he Middle Fork is a magical place, and I will hold memories of this adventure and your generous and wild spirits in my heart always…
L. Spackman, Santa Fe, NM (2016)
We couldn’t have had a better experience, you have perfected “hospitality” and the food was amazing. We loved our time on the river. It is certainly very beautiful and the fishing incredible. I thin that we are going to find it very difficult to fish on other rivers now… My guess is that we would probably do the same week next year as we felt that the timing couldn’t have been better. Many thanks again to your whole team.
P. Beaumont, Tiburon, CA (2013)
This song was performed for the guides the last night on the river July 21, 2012. The way you wear your hat. The way you tied my fly, The memory of all that, No, no they can’t take that away from me. The way you run the rafts, The way you drink ’til 3, The way you serve our needs, No, no they can’t take that away from me. We may never, never meet again, On the bumpy river Salmon, Still I’ll always keep the memory of… The way you pitched our tents, The way you cooked our meal… Read more

Thanks for another great trip. It’s always great to see you again. The guide lineup was spectacular. I especially enjoyed getting to know Colin a little bit better. What a great guy! I will be in touch sometime in the near future to discuss our next Hughes’ river adventure.
